Justin was very professional and made himself accessible to me and my husband the entire week (extending to us his cell phone number if we needed to reach him even when he was out of the office.) He overnighted us our documents and addressed all of our questions and concerns. He even helped sell us on the extended warranty that was way better than the warranty that my bank was willing to offer me. No hidden fees, a 90 day or 3,000 mile warranty comes with the vehicle, great pricing, and the extended warranty coverage is great. Very professional customer service, very transparent transaction, and I didn't even have to drive to PA to get my car.
