Was trying to go to my sons wedding in Denver Colorado from Pa . Engine left go in Columbus Oh I towed it back home and took it to Bennett Hyundai . I did not purchase the car from them but they asked abo from Pa . Engine left go in Columbus Oh I towed it back home and took it to Bennett Hyundai . I did not purchase the car from them but they asked about an extended warranty. I didn’t think I had one but called the dealership that I purchased it from and found out I had 157 miles left on warranty. Long story short I took the car in with no appointment they worked it in and found the problem,contacted the warranty company, got the ok , ordered new engine, installed it all within 14 days . Definitely customer top of line will definitely take my car back for other needed service . Great work and good at keeping you in the loop More

Up sales on warranty work Came in with first newish car I ever purchased for recalls. Ended up costing hundreds. I made a vow never to return. I recently had a service engine light appear and Firestone recommended I take back to dealer. I told them I didn't want any unexpected costs like last time. The nice lady looked it up and told me I requested work performed on first visit. How would I have even known about any of it. So here I sit in waiting room for the hammer to drop $$$. Don't by used my be the message I'm getting ...new hyundia owners glow. Good luck More

Thank you, thank you to the service department at Ciocca who helped me last week. I was visiting the area from Missouri and my Elantra needed service. Turns out it was a minor problem; nothing was wrong w who helped me last week. I was visiting the area from Missouri and my Elantra needed service. Turns out it was a minor problem; nothing was wrong with the car and I was back on my way quickly. The employees I met were very friendly and they explained what they found and what to do about it.
