One complaint I did have was about a fee that is charged when opting for the bi-weekly payment; this was $4.00 a month to pay via automatic withdraw versus no fee to pay monthly by mail. I did catch this on the paperwork, but wished they had been more upfront about it. I also had a hard time initially getting them to discuss interest rates; but when I named an excellent rate that I was offered at another dealership, they were able to match it. Everyone was very friendly and I am extremely satisfied with the overall deal and product. More

He shared several great insights along the way and when questions arose for which he did not have an answer, he was straight forward, honest and diligent to get us answers. Tim Ritchie was also terrific. He worked hard to get us in the car we wanted at the price which we felt was extremely fair. We found all three members of the staff to be easy with which to work, very consumer service oriented and great representative for Ciocca Hydundai. Shaun and Tim were especially helpful throughout the process. They gave us options throughout the process and were patience through our decisions making. I purchased a used Elantra from Ciocca Hyundai. They made a mistake and priced the car cheaper online than they meant to. When I went in person and pointed out the price difference they agreed to honor made a mistake and priced the car cheaper online than they meant to. When it came time to buy they even went a few hundred dollars under this already cheaper price. The car was in great shape. They allowed me to take it to my regular mechanic to make sure everything checked out. I dealt with Christian, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt really comfortable dealing with him. If you're in the market for a Hyundai in the Lebanon, PA area I would definitely recommend Ciocca Hyundai. As a relatively new operation they seem really eager to build a good reputation for themselves, and I think it shows in customer service and price. More
