He made sure all of the paperwork and financing was in order so all I would have to do was sign and go with no hassles. When I arrived I was greeted by Christian Bachert who was very pleasurable to deal with and extremely informative. Tim Ritchie worked with me on a price towards my trade in. He gave me a very fair offer. Zach Deitch was great. He took the time to make sure he explained all of the paperwork and financing thoroughly so I would understand every nook and cranny of it. Every one of these gentlemen were extremely helpful, pleasant and wonderful to work with. They all stayed over closing hours to ensure I walked out of there that night with my new Hyundai Sonata. You guys are great!!! I can't thank you enough for everything. :) I love everything about this car and dealership. It was well worth the 6 1/2 hour drive. I drove a little over an hour to get to the dealership. I went to look at a used Ford Fusion they had on their lot. Not only did we receive courteous, friendly service both times, but when he had an issue with the second vehicle purchased the entire dealership went out of their way to satisfy us. I have recommended Ciocca Hyundai to everyone I have met with that has mentioned a need for a new vehicle. We have purchased Hyundai's from other Central PA Hyundai dealerships in the past, but have never had as pleasant an experience as we had with the sales and finance team at Ciocca Hyundai. Christian was patient with my husband and me throughout the entire process and we received fair trade values for our vehicles and an extremely fair price on the purchase.
