In my car buying life, I have purchased 21 vehicles before coming to Ciocca Hyundai on Saturday, April 13, 2013. I am very happy to say that buying my 22nd vehicle was the BEST vehicle buying experience of my life. The reason that I traveled from York to Lebanon in the first place was the great reviews that I read on the internet from very pleased customers of Ciocca. How could all those happy customers be wrong? From my first email to Suzy to my final handshakes with Tim and Christian was a great experience. TIm, Suzy, Christian, and Adam were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The price of the used Sonata was very fair along with the trade-value of my car. There were no games played and the car purchasing process was professional and friendly. I would recommend Ciiocca Hyundai to anyone interested in buying a car or truck. Thank you some much! We decided to return to Ciocca Hyundai because of the wonderful service we received the first time. Our sales person for both purchases was Christian Bachert. Not only did we receive courteous, friendly service both times, but when he had an issue with the second vehicle purchased the entire dealership went out of their way to satisfy us. I have recommended Ciocca Hyundai to everyone I have met with that has mentioned a need for a new vehicle. We have purchased Hyundai's from other Central PA Hyundai dealerships in the past, but have never had as pleasant an experience as we had with the sales and finance team at Ciocca Hyundai. Christian was patient with my husband and me throughout the entire process and we received fair trade values for our vehicles and an extremely fair price on the purchase. Tim went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and Adam is extremely thorough with the lending process. Certainly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. More

We took a test drive in a GMC Acadia and was at first thinking we wanted a vehicle with lower mileage. However all the options this vehicle possessed for the price eliminated the mileage issue. Then we met with Alan the GM to agree on the price of our trade-in and that was a very positive experience that we never before experienced. So we walked out of the dealership very happy with our new 2010 GMC Acadia. More
I inquired on a vehicle with an internet sales price of $18,520 only to be quoted $21,900 when speaking to Suzy. The vehicle is a 2012 leftover that is more than halway through the life of the warranty, yet I was informed the reason for the price differential is my lacking of qualification for the militray, recent college grad & hyundai owner discounts - these discounts totaled just $1400 in the emailed quote (which I saved) from Suzy - since I am an accountant, I am able to add $1400 to $18520 - it comes to $19920. i even offerred to pay $20,020 (meeting in the middle) and was told the price was firm. Why advertise for pricing that no person can possibly qualify for? How can one be a recent college grad, with recent military exp & a hyundai owner while qualifying for special financing (which I easily do with a high 700's credit score) plus the "internet savings." I tend to feel the best way to gain a new customer is to extend the same service that you would a repeat customer. Don't waste your time with her specifically. On a bright note, Tim was terrific working with me on my trade. Of course, once Suzy had details on my trade, that's when the price went up. Go figure! More

So much so, that my wife purchased a 2013 Accent GLS and two weeks later, I purchased the 2012 Veracruz after trading in my beloved Hyundai Lebanon! So much so, that my wife purchased a 2013 Accent GLS and two weeks later, I purchased the 2012 Veracruz after trading in my beloved 2010 GMC Acadia. The deal Ciocca offered me on the Veracruz was too good to pass up! I am amazed at all the features the Veracruz has and believe it is a great value for the money. Ciocca offered a relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and a wide variety of models to choose from. Special thanks go to Suzy Simonelli, Tim Ritchie, Jason Stickler, Zach Deitch, Everett Huf Adam Guelcher, Allen Minch and Andrew Fasnacht along with the rest of the Ciocca team in making my new car buying experience a very enjoyable one. Each of those individuals took time out to listen to my car buying needs and were extremely personable. They truly showed an interest in me and my family, not just in selling a vehicle. We will be back next summer 2014 to purchase another vehicle for my wife or daughter depending on who gets to keep or take the Accent to college. My son has also expressed interest in the Veloster and made sure he was with me every time we visited the dealership.
