I had an EXCELLENT service visit, prior to purchasing the new car. At that time, I looked at the car, and then talked to my husband about it and then I was in contact online and {met) Suzy Simonelli who new car. I was concerned about riding 100 miles from Trenton,NJ to Lebanon, PA but the initial e-mail from Suzy Simonelli at the dealer was very helpful, and the Genesis Coupe I was interested in was at the dealershi Lebanon, PA but the initial e-mail from Suzy Simonelli at the dealer was very helpful, and the Genesis Coupe I was interested in was at the dealership and the price was Very Good. I made the drive and was greeted by Christian Bachert ,as I pulled up to the dealer with the 2013 Genesis Coupe washed and gased up and ready to go. I already owned a 2010 Genesis Coupe so I was sure I would like the updated car. I was very impressed with the changes Hyundai had made to a car I had thought was good already. Christian was very knowledgable about the car and was able to answer all my concerns during the test ride. During the trade- in review I meet with Zachary Deitch who invited me to go with him on the test ride of my trade-in, that was a first in my car buying days ( very nice idea). The final deal was just as posted on the Internet and my trade-in value was good. Minutes latter we had a deal and I was signing paperwork with Adam Guelcher, the finance manager and soon I was saying goodbye to all the folks above and driving back to Trenton, NJ. We went in and talked then looked at the car. We took it for a test drive and I loved it. I had never driven one before. It was quiet and had a smooth ride. Christian answered all our questions. We went back to the dealership and they asked if we wanted to take the car home. They worked with us on our trade in and financing and got the cost down to what we asked for. Christian was very professional, respectful, helpful and informative. I will definitely recommend them to anybody. We had a great experience. More

These guys all treated me like a friend and made sure to provide me with endless options to help me get exactly what I was looking for, while staying in a super reasonable price range. All of the guys went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, and made sure I left knowing I could call anytime with questions. My commute this morning was awesome thanks to Everett who took the time to show me how to use the free XM trial and hands free calling. I love my new Tucson and know I was in the best hands possible with all of these guys. Hands down the best staff of any of the dealerships I visited. Thanks guys! More

When they did get the car on their lot, I drove over to test drive it. Everett Huf was fun and informative on my test drive and made sure all my questions were answered. Zach Deitch was understanding that while I wanted the car, I needed time to obtain the financing, wait for a motozuma account to mature, and get my busy husband over there to purchase the car with me. With a deposit, Zach held the car for me 2 weeks. In addition, they provided a quick quote for my trade in that exceeded my expectations. This is my first hyundai and I couldn't be happier with the car or the service I received. More
