First of all, let me start by saying... my boyfriend is very skeptical of dealerships. He even told the gentlemen at Ciocca this. Little did we know, they would prove us wrong. Corey listened to our needs and wants and found us a Sonata that fit our price range. When my trade in wouldn't make the ride home, he drove my boyfriend to our house. He assisted in helping us every step of the way. We had a great time with our experience with all of the people at Ciocca Hyundai. They treated us like friends. After months and months of car research, I had narrowed my next car purchase down to either a Hyundai Elantra or a Kia Rio. During one of my online searches I came across a 2011 Hyundai Elantra with all of my next car purchase down to either a Hyundai Elantra or a Kia Rio. During one of my online searches I came across a 2011 Hyundai Elantra with all of the features I wanted and low mileage at Ciocca Hyundai in Lebanon, so I scheduled an appointment to come in for a test drive. When I walked into dealership I was immediately greeted by two people, one of whom was the woman who had e-mailed with me to set up the appointment, the other of whom turned out to be an old friend from high school I hadn't seen in years: Corey Kaplan. What a wonderful surprise! The woman who had been working with me let Corey take over and he was a delight to work (and catch up) with from start to finish. Corey sensed my hesitation in making a final decision because I was attached to my old, falling-apart VW Cabrio named "Claudia" and he put ZERO pressure on me about the Elantra I was there to see. We went for a test drive and I drove it to our old stomping grounds at and around the high school. He was accommodating, friendly, relaxed, down-to-earth, and helpful with my many questions. He was also very patient to put up with my quirkiness; I had already decided to name my next car "Dionne," and he was referring to the car accordingly. :-) I ended up buying the Elantra and couldn't be happier. Dionne is a wonderful car and everything Ciocca Hyundai of Lebanon said she would be. I highly recommend you stop in for a visit if you're in the market for a new car. And ask for Corey! More
