I've recently purchased a used Hyundai Veloster from Ciocca Hyunda of Lebanon. I drove an hour up to Ciocca from Reading, Pennsylvania. I'm a first time buyer and they were so helpful with everything! Roberto Rodriguez was amazing! He endured 8 phone calls a day from me for three or four days and never gave up on me! He was so nice and funny and was understanding of how exciting it was for me! I originally only wanted to deal with Roberto because I was used to him and he was so friendly to me. Although, when I got there a sales rep whose name was Chris Tobias took me out on my test drive. Let me tell you, he was just as much of a pleasure to work with! He was so nice and explained everything in the car to me thoroughly. I was weary that a dealer might not take a female first time buyer seriously. They did everything that they could do to get me into the car of my dreams! Without them it wouldn't have been possible. Even after I bought the car, Roberto and Chris checked up on me and made sure everything was going well. My XM wasn't working and Chris was so helpful and got it working right away. I would recommend this dealer to anyone! Especially young, motivated buyers! Overall, there is not one negative thing I could say about Ciocca Hyundai of Lebanon. I'm glad to be apart of the Ciocca Hyundai of Lebanon Family! More

When we arrived at the dealership Derek came out and greeted us. He is very friendly and professional. He asked how he could help us but never did we feel pressured to buy. We told him that we were look greeted us. He is very friendly and professional. He asked how he could help us but never did we feel pressured to buy. We told him that we were looking for a second car and had some interest in the Sonata or the Elantra. He got one of each for us to test drive. He accompanied us and answered any questions we had. We decided on the Sonata and he found one that matched our needs. He then got together an attractive price. We decided to purchase and worked with Roberto and Adam on the financing end. They were all very pleasant to work with. We had been to other dealerships and found the atmosphere not so friendly. I believe that Derek's personality and attitude, and no pressure, were keys to our purchasing that day. I will recommend Ciocco Hyundai to anyone interested in buying a car. Bruce Johnsen More

I have to give a double thumbs-up to Ciocca Hyundai of Lebanon for an amazingly great car buying experience when purchasing our son's 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The service we received from the moment we walked in, to when the car was delivered to us was great! You would have thought we were there all of the time yet it was our first visit to this dealership. The entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be buying from them again - and I recommend you all go there too. Our Sales specialist was Derek Umberger, but Megan, Roberto, and Adam were also all great. More

First of all, let me start by saying... my boyfriend is very skeptical of dealerships. He even told the gentlemen at Ciocca this. Little did we know, they would prove us wrong. Not to mention, my boyfriend very skeptical of dealerships. He even told the gentlemen at Ciocca this. Little did we know, they would prove us wrong. Not to mention, my boyfriend (who is a huge fan of Mopar) has done nothing but look at the Santa Fe since we got home. I would recommend Ciocca Hyundai to anyone. Corey listened to our needs and wants and found us a Sonata that fit our price range. When my trade in wouldn't make the ride home, he drove my boyfriend to our house. He assisted in helping us every step of the way. We had a great time with our experience with all of the people at Ciocca Hyundai. They treated us like friends. They surpassed our expectations by far and we are sure to be repeat customers. I would recommend them to ANYONE in the area. Thank you Corey for your exceptional customer service.
