Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the sale was processed swiftly (approximately one hour and we were finished with all the paperwork and the vehicle was ready for us to take). The features on the car were explained to us. We were introduced the the service manager and the vehicles service requirements were explained. Our phones were synched and we were on our way. In addition we did not feel pressured at any time. This was one of our best car buying experiences and we have purchased many new vehicles (23 in the 26 years we have been married).
