I'm sorry to hear of your experience with our dealership! We have been in business since 1920 and have won “Best Of The Lebanon Valley” by being customer focused. That being said, we are not perfect. We do try to make every effort to make our customers happy and unfortunately, things don't always go the way that we want them to. We even went as far as sending you a check for $300 (after your purchased the vehicle) because the vehicle did not have the Mark Levinson sound system like we originally thought it had. We are not a Lexus dealer and aren't as familiar with the individual options and specifications on a Lexus. We did call a Lexus dealer to validate specific options that weren't obvious to us as a non-Lexus dealer. We spent a lot of time on the phone with you trying to validate specific options and condition because of you being so far away. We did not want any surprises to happen. We also did forget to fill up your gas tank like you had requested. You are correct about this. We did not intend for you to leave with the tank being slightly over half full. This was not because we do not care about you as a customer. If this was the case, we wouldn't have sent you the $300 check for the radio. There were additional steps we needed to handle being an out of state deal and the transaction took a lot longer than expected because of this. Things got rushed toward the end so that you could be on your way back to your home state. In regards to the Lexus pulling to the left...a dealership manager, an experienced technician, a member of the sales team and you had all driven the vehicle. Nothing was ever noted about the car pulling to one side. You purchased a really clean Lexus (a lot of people were even commenting on how nice the overall condition was) that should make a nice vehicle for years to come! We hope you enjoy your new Lexus!
