My car broke down on the highway at 3 in the afternoon on a Friday. I was towed to Bennet but I had previous contact with another dealership that was prepare to receive me. It was 430 pm on a Friday and I was still an 8 hour drive from home. I was feeling anxious and scared I was going to be stuck for the weekend. They said hey don’t worry we got you! Brian was calme and comforting to me and he and the service manager Mike both got on computers and phones. They got me a rental car asap as Enterprises was closing at 5 and it was 4:40 pm when I rolled in. They had me hooked up and back on the road in 30 minutes.
