I would like to recognize your sales professional Miguel Casanova for great customer service. Miguel was polite , friendly and respectful. Unfortunately the dealership and I could not agree on a deal for a Casanova for great customer service. Miguel was polite , friendly and respectful. Unfortunately the dealership and I could not agree on a deal for a used 2024 Tuscon. I really wanted the vehicle as my wife had purchased a new one in December of last year. We were still 2k apart and Miguel tried real hard to make it happen but I fully understand if you could have sold it for price I wanted you would have . I will not hesitate to visit your dealership next time I am in the market. Thanks again Miguel. More
