Fairly responsive, which is nice! Unfortunately, I believe that they engage in unfair and deceptive business practices. I was very clear with the amount I was willing to pay, yet some Unfortunately, I believe that they engage in unfair and deceptive business practices. I was very clear with the amount I was willing to pay, yet somehow, the amount seemed to increase every time I spoke with the agent. They would say one thing, then seemingly provide information to the contrary. I would recommend looking elsewhere when considering a vehicle purchase. More

I took my Hyundai Santa Fe in for inspection. The engine stopped working when the mechanic test drove the car to make sure the brake pads were working. I could tell the mechanic and service men/woman felt bad. They worked quickly to get me a loaner. A very nice vehicle..I was extremely pleased. Bryan went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle and myself were taken care of. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service we received.
