Melodie Bechtel - We do apologize you feel this way, as this was not the intention. When you brought in your 2004 Honda CRV, we could not diagnose but did hear the problem. We work together as a dealer group and yes we sent you to another dealer - our sister store, a Honda store. No different then them sending something down to us that we might have more knowledge on. The goal with any situation like this is to get the correct information to our customers. In this situation, using our Honda store for assistance was that best way.
