About 2 weeks ago, I purchased a 2025 CRV Hybrid, l worked out a deal to have 2" hitch receiver and wiring harness installed but when I went to pick up , it didn't have what we agreed on and they didn't want to make on it ,so I walked away from the deal. Later they called back said about putting the hitch and wiring on a different car that was the same but done by Uhaul , now I'm trying to make them make on the work that was done correctly . Bennett does not stand by there agreements . More
Do not buy a car from this dealership. They are thieves. We bought a car in August and refinanced it almost immediately. When we did this, we also canceled extended warranty and gap insurance. Bennett has had both of the refund checks for over a month. We have called and emailed dozens of times. Ryan St. John has been useless, claiming to be "in our corner" and yet doing nothing. He blames the delay on "Jennifer from accounting", who we have yet to hear from at all. We wonder if she even exists or if she is just a fictitious scapegoat to deflect blame from him. We have been told someone will get back to us, the check is in the mail, etc. No one is helping us. At this point, we are fairly certain we will have to take them to court to get the money owed to us. We are also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. More

Has no concern about service after the sale. Have a brand new Pilot that had damage when we purchased through Bennett. Poor Service Experience I had my 2013 Honda Ridgeline that I purchased from Ebersole's in for an oil change and tire rotation with balance. I received an oil change but I ne I had my 2013 Honda Ridgeline that I purchased from Ebersole's in for an oil change and tire rotation with balance. I received an oil change but I never received my tire rotation and balance. I was charged for this service but never received. The service manager did admit they never balanced tires but said his technician told him he rotated tires. My tires were marked and could tell I never received rotation. More
