She fell in love with the car as soon as she saw it and there wasn't any pressure nor did we feel uncomfortable in any way. It was extremely nice that the owner Bennett Muldoon took the time out of his busy day to introduce himself to my daughter and to make sure that her experience was enjoyable. This was the best experience that a first time car buyer could have. It was extraordinary how many employees, in various parts of the dealership introduced themselves so that if she ever needs services, additonal help with any financing questions or even just general questions with the car she will feel comfortable calling or stopping at Bennett Chevrolet. The Service Director, Rich Anderson, even made it a point to introduce himself and take time out of his day to give my daughter the sense of relief that if she ever needs service, she will not think twice about where to go for service and knows that there are indivduals at Bennett Chevrolet that she can feel comfortable with. I went into Bennett and Steve immediately was there to answer my questions regarding the Equinox. He was extremely informative about the car and very personable with me and my daughter. When I went back to Bennett to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car, Steve had me sign papers with Scott Liam. Scott was very knowledgeable about the car that I bought and also very personable. He sat in the car with me and showed me how each feature of the car dash worked. That was extremely helpful to me and my daughter. It is obvious that both Steve and Scott know the cars that they sell and I enjoyed meeting them both. Marco helped me with the loan part of the deal and the extended warranty. His years of experience in this area were obvious and he was also very nice and personable. My wife and I came in to this establishment, not sure about purchasing a vehicle. We drove home in one, thanks to the great work that Anthony and Jim did for us. Jim was very knowledgable and informative in the vehicle we were interested in. Not pushy whatsoever and extremly understanding. He answered all of our questions with, clearly, a lot of knowledge. Once we decided on our vehicle, Anthony did a great job getting us to drive home in it. He and Jim helped us out in every way that they could. We also had our 4 year old and 4 month old children with us. Not once were we made to feel like our family was "in the way", although we probably were. My point is, Jim and Anthony were very patient and all of the employees were friendly. It made a pleasant enviroment for our entire family.
