Jim introduced himself and said that he had another appointment, so he asked us if his colleague Mark Hendricks could help us and we accepte by Jim. Mark was very patient with us as we looked over various vehicles while trying to make the right decision. When it was time to do business, Mark was no-frills, took our negotiations seriously and promptly closed the deal with the help of his sales manager. We had pre-approved financing, but Mark and the dealership were able to secure a lower rate than our credit union. When it was time to do paperwork, the deladership extended the courtesy of a coupon and got us an even lower rate because of our good credit. Mark ensured that we knew everything we needed to know about the new vehicle before we left the lot. Bennett Chevrolet had a good vehicle selection, friendly sales staff and valued our business. I bought my last three vehicles at Bennett Chevrolet. My wife, Maureen and I both have older vehicles [1998 and a 2002]. We wanted to replace one before any problems started. We liked the lines on a 2011 Grand Cherokee, but I wanted to get something from Bennett Chevrolet on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township. On Thanksgiving Day, after eating our yearly turkey dinner, we went for a ride because we were too full to walk. Maureen suggested to drive thru Bennett's just to see what they had. I am looking at a line a really nice pickup trucks when Maureen screamed there it is. Maureen was not quite as bad as Natalie Wood when she saw the house, at the end of the movie "Miracle on 34th Street", but you kinda get the picture. It was a 2011 Silver Jeep Cherokee with clothe interior. It was exactly what we were looking for. But a Jeep on a Chevy Dealer's lot. The next day, I called the dealership and asked for Bennett Muldoon. I told Bennett that we stopped by the day before and saw the Grand Cherokee. Bennett remembered the vehicle I bought from him back in 2002, I was very impressed. Bennett said that he would have it out and hook me up with a salesman. The fantastic customer service did not stop there, when we talked to the salesman, Mark Hendericks, everything even got better. Mark was so nice, I could tell that he was genuine and he took the time and listened to what our concerns were. He was not pushy and there was no haggling. When ended up buying the vehicle. We sat with Scott Lam, who handled the pile of paperwork that had to be signed and made it entertaining, if that is possible. That night we thought we had a major concern. When we went back the next day to talk to Mark Hendericks. We were treated as well, if not better than we were before we bought the vehicle. The concern turned out to be nothing, but Mark stated, "You had my cell phone, why did you not call me last night." We would have never called him at night, but to tell us to call him when he was off duty was a first for me. That is just-how-nice the Bennett staff is. The bottom line is, if you are looking for something special, they can get it for you, without the hassle. How do they say it? It's not the sale, it is what they do every day. I was recommended by a family member to come to chevy Bennett to take a look at the cars they have for sale. I knew right away I was going to be dealing with someone who took pride in their work and who was out to truly serve his customers. My stepfather also told me that he had set up a special appointment with mark to help me find a good vehicle. Mark went over and above to accommodate us. He listened to everything I told him I needed and wanted. I also told him my budget and what I had to work with. He truly took everything I said and made it work. I found a car that I fell in love with instantly and mark was able to get me into it without breaking my budget.
