We believe in showing you the actual factory invoice because we believe a “Full Disclosure” approach provides you with the honesty and integrity that you deserve. We never use a second inflated sticker for items such as stripes or door edge guards just to create false discounts. Bennett's Non Commissioned sales team will show you the factory invoice to show you GM MSRP, the genuine invoice price, and we show you what a GM Supplier Employee would pay. We then use the GM Supplier Price, creating a price that no other dealer would even consider. Our friendly staff saves you hours by eliminating the back and forth process found in most other dealerships. At Bennett, even vehicles like the Corvette Stingrays are priced below MSRP. We would never allow you to pay an additional mark-up just because the vehicle is high demand.

I purchased a car from the dealership so I wanted the required maintenance to be completed by Bennett. I called and told them what i wanted. I also let them know there is an issue in the front end that I required maintenance to be completed by Bennett. I called and told them what i wanted. I also let them know there is an issue in the front end that I want fixed. Person on the phone said OK, service is oil change and tire rotation. I said I don't actually need that for a few hundred miles but would do it if they were doing other work. They said ok, come in and we will go over the car. I show up for my appointment, again the push for just an oil change. I said I am here for scheduled milage maintenance and the issue in front end. They said we just have time for oil change and we do not work on jeeps...interesting because I bought the car there and supposedly they serviced it before selling it to me? I told the girl I was there because I have an issue and need it fixed. She goes to mechanics, they said they would drive it to see what the issue is. 30 min goes by she comes back says yes, there is noise in the front end. I said yes, that is why I am here. Asked what the issue was so I could schedule to have it fixed. She tells me the form does not say what the issue is and that I should take it to the jeep dealership down the road. More
