We own two GMC vehicles, purchased at Ebersole's. We have recieved what we would call outstanding service from them, especially Lori Jorstad. There was the time I was having rough idling and brake problems, and I needed the truck in order to leave for family camping the next day. Lori checked the schedule and got it in right away to be worked on and repaired,the mechanic also found some other safety problem,and Lori called me at home right away to get my OK to have it repaired. Vacation went off with no more hitches. She herself is very knowledgeable and has helped us to locate and zero in on possible problems, before they became big ones. She is a very cheery, but also very competent. She is what I would call a very valuable asset to her company. More

I was in to have routine service done on my car. It is very convenient that they have evening hours. I found the car on line after searching several dealerships. Since the mileage was very low, and the online price very attractive, I contacted the dealership around 8:30 am to express my interests dealerships. It was great. Within an hour my wife and I traveled to the dealership, saw the car, had a test drive and negotiated a very good deal. By 3 pm we were driving home in our new (used) car.
