I bought a new Honda Civic from Ebersole ten years ago. In ten years I never have been. I've moved to Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, but still returned to Ebersole for service and never been disappointed. As I look forward to starting a family, I knew that I needed to upgrade my vehicle, even though Ebersole had kept my Civic in perfect condition for the last ten years. I traded in my Civic at a fair price and left with exactly the CR-V I had in mind. Everyone was helpful and friendly (as usual). My only complaint is that our visit took five hours, and I'll admit that it's been a decade since I bought a car and don't know how long such an activity SHOULD take. The dealership was very busy, however, which I assume accounts for the delay, but also strengthens the picture that Ebersole Honda is a popular place for all the reasons I've outlined above. More
