I scheduled a 0730 service appt for oil change, tire rotation and fluid checks. Initial service for my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500. Dropped the vehicle off the night before expecting it would be one of the f rotation and fluid checks. Initial service for my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500. Never got a follow up call that it was complete and ready for pickup. 12:30 call by me to confirm vehicle was finished and could be picked up. Not sure how this would have gone if I had told the scheduling tech that I would be waiting for the truck? More

I scheduled a inspection for 0800 hrs for my 2016 Enclave & inquired about a oil change & tire rotation which when I ask the price I thought it was to high so I decided to just go with the inspection. After talking to my personal mechanic & told him the prices & he actually said that they were in the norm so I actually added those 2 to my inspection on the day I brought it in & they took care of it all & in a timely manner. I was very please. When I paid & was handed the keys I ask if they ran it through the car wash. They were unsure if the car wash was working at the moment because evidently it was non-functional the day before or recently. So they took my keys & drove over to check & it came back minutes later washed. Wasn't a big deal but I shouldn't have had to ask. I understand they are going through a HUGE renovation but there should have been better communication between the shop & the service department. All in All. A+ 100% Satisfied More
