Best truck buying experience I've had I searched Benna Ford's used truck inventory on line, found 4 I liked, sent an email to inquire about them, Rob answered my questions, made an appoint I searched Benna Ford's used truck inventory on line, found 4 I liked, sent an email to inquire about them, Rob answered my questions, made an appointment to see him and he hooked me up with Nick, Nick got the keys to 4 vehicles, plus one other. We went out looked them over, he highlighted the pluses and extras of the truck, showed me the car fax, and then asked me if I wanted to test drive them. I took one of the 4 I inquired about for a drive, and ended up going with a different one he showed me. I got what I wanted out of my trade in, and got a newer truck out of it all. Very happy and satisfied with how I was treated, they listened to me and got me what I wanted. After driving the truck off the lot, the check engine like came on, I called Nick, and he is getting a service appointment set up, and will get me a loaner while they check it out. I told my wife and she plans on stopping in to shop for an explorer when her lease is up. More
