Our sales man Luke from Benna Ford (allowed to sell out of the SCDJR lot) was amazing as always! However, we became a bit frustrated because we asked the finance department to only pull credit from our fin of the SCDJR lot) was amazing as always! We agreed - what a mistake! Within 10 minutes of that moment, our credit was pulled by 8 other financials! We are extremely disappointed as we are trying to build our credit after purchasing a house. I guess that didn't matter to the finance guys. I would still recommend SCDJR because of Luke, and his stellar service and that they were fair with our trade in. More
