My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a. m., but it wasn’t taken in for service until 11:45. I understand delays & it’s not a big deal. Also, when my vehicle was returned, there was no pricing for the oil change, so I had to wait for that information. When I entered my vehicle, I noticed immediately that there was no sticker to indicate the next service date & mileage. I also acknowledged the serviceman & thanked him when he was bringing the paperwork back to the office, but he did not even look @ me or acknowledge my presence. I feel that I should have been alerted firstly, for the delay in time. I Do appreciate your service & everyone in the office was very nice & friendly! Thank you! I will return. More

Our sales man Luke from Benna Ford (allowed to sell out of the SCDJR lot) was amazing as always! However, we became a bit frustrated because we asked the finance department to only pull credit from our fin of the SCDJR lot) was amazing as always! However, we became a bit frustrated because we asked the finance department to only pull credit from our financial of choice, but when that took a little too long to come through, they asked if they could pull with one other. We agreed - what a mistake! Within 10 minutes of that moment, our credit was pulled by 8 other financials! We are extremely disappointed as we are trying to build our credit after purchasing a house. I guess that didn't matter to the finance guys. I would still recommend SCDJR because of Luke, and his stellar service and that they were fair with our trade in. More
