Car needs a tune up. I drove 30 min for them to look at it to then tell me some things shouldn’t get done . The car was looked at and inspected by my mechanic . I live in Georgia, and was looking for a Buick Cascada, I found one at Benji’s it was a good deal the salesman was through and we made a deal , I was assured there were no issues with the car, and I was aske found one at Benji’s it was a good deal the salesman was through and we made a deal , I was assured there were no issues with the car, and I was asked to make a refundable deposit while waiting on my bank. That’s when things changed after making a deposit , which I have yet to get back. The salesman was no longer easy to reach, didn’t answer messages , it was like pulling teeth to get anything out of him, when my car arrived the daytime running lights were out on one side I assumed I could change the bulb, but it’s a fixed led strip and has to have a new assembly, $1000 I immediately contacted the salesman was told he would check into it , no response yet, the car came without a temporary tag , I was told at my DMV it had to come from dealer, i contacted and was told he will fix it and I’m still waiting on tag that is 30 days now, so I can’t even drive the car, I tried calling someone else at the dealership and get a message box full error, I am hearing impaired and it’s hard to use relays , I’ve emailed, called and texted , still have no answer on my headlight assembly, tag or deposit that’s is supposed to be returned, I constantly text and I’ll get I’ll check on it , but he never text back until I text again , I was giving a warranty and I was assured there was no issues with the car I just want my headlight assembly fixed , my tag and my deposit back . I love the car but this dealership has absolutely no communication More
