Benji Auto Sales & Service Center

I'm extremely disappointed in the runaround I'm getting regarding releasing my warranty. I've had an on and off fuel smell in my vehicle since purchase. The Service Manager Frank on 2 occassions claimed he regarding releasing my warranty. I've had an on and off fuel smell in my vehicle since purchase. The Service Manager Frank on 2 occassions claimed he could smell nothing. EVERYONE who's entered my vehicle smells it!. I took it to another Mercedes Service Center and they smelled it immediately. I purchased the extended Warranty but it's exclusive to Benji Auto sales....I was told all Frank has to do is call them and release the warranty so I can choose any service center to service my car. Frank has told me multiple times that he's called the warranty company, however they have zero record of him contacting them at all. This is bizarre and unprofessional and has soured my entire experience with the dealership More

They are so professional, friendly, really nice people! The place is great the cars are in a great condition, clean, smells so good. I just wanted to take a minute to thank Benji Auto Sales in West Park for a wonderful experience. I came to their lot looking for a specific car, and before I made it to the front door, Salesman Leo led me in West Park for a wonderful experience. I came to their lot looking for a specific car, and before I made it to the front door, Salesman Leo led me to the exact car in the exact color I was looking for! With the help of Finance Manager Eric Dent I was able to get out of a bad auto loan and into one with a much better interest rate for the car of my dreams. Service Manager Frank Diaz took over from there and went out of his way to take care of any and all final touches that were necessary, including a few I didn't even realize were needed!
