Traded cars with them in August. The AC wasn’t working, they put Freon in but it was the wrong type. $250 to get the incorrect Freon out and the correct in. Had to go to PepBoys because they no longer service vehicles at the Orange Blossom Trail location. They still have not taken over my previous loan and my credit score continues to drop. I have call logs of 20+ phone calls I’ve made to get zero in return. Stay far away from this “business” and the tent sales that they claim they are not in charge of, yet all the paperwork has their address on it. Even after speaking to the General Managers and requesting a call back from them when they were unavailable, nothing has been done. Save yourself the time, energy, stress, and your CREDIT SCORE.
