The finance guy ran my credit numerous times dropping my score, the sales people are con artist. The vehicle they em was trying to give me has been in an accident. Make sure you ask for a car fax. My husband and I went to look at a vehicle that was brought up from another Benji. We put a deposit down and was hoping to buy it. But once we saw the vehicle, the car wasn’t what was said. We could tell that it had some kind of damage to it, the driver side wheel well had some welding done to it, the hatch didn’t work at all. And they weren’t sure if it was mechanical or electrical. They wanted to charge an extra 2,000$ for a service that we didn’t even want, which was for the inside seats to be protected even though they already had scratches in them. And the middle console had a part missing at the bottom so if you stored change or anything small it would just fall through. For a high price we were expecting something in better shape. We decided to pass on it, since none of the damage was reported to us. And have been trying to get our deposit back as well. But it has just been a hassle and I definitely won’t go back for business nor will I refer any friends or family. This has been a very unpleasant experience with a very unprofessional company. More

Do NOT purchase from this company! I bought a used car from them through CarGurus. They have thousands of dollars in “hidden fees” and DO NOT STAND BEHIND What they sell. In the FIRST 6 days of ownership, my used car, that supposedly went through their “120 Point Inspection” broke down on the side of a busy road in Pensacola! Not only was I stranded on the side of the road; Stuck with A Steep tow fee to a local garage, “The Owner” of Benji Auto Sales, refused to refund me even a penny of the $1879 Repair Bill! (The alternator was bad and it needed a new battery) Yes, I understand it wasn’t ‘under warranty’ but Seriously?! I did not Even Drive around A Week and am hit with a Huge repair bill! I didn’t even have the title in the mail! (I paid them off with a wire transfer!) Shame On This Awful Company and Shame on the greedy owner who has NO morals and NO heart, Except to Unethically stuff “Benji’s” into His/Her own pockets!!!
