We bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. When I did a test drive. The car indicated that there was a priblem with the key fob. The saleman who was sitring in the car too, said that they woul When I did a test drive. The car indicated that there was a priblem with the key fob. The saleman who was sitring in the car too, said that they would put a new battery in it. The next day, the key fob was dead. I called the salesman and asked about the 2nd key fob because this one was dead. He said he would have to check in the Miami office to see if there was one and would let me know. He said just put a new battery in it. I never did hear back about another key fob. We called several other times but he was in Ocala at another sale and couldnt help except to say that i could use the key fob when it was dead. You just cant use it to get in the vehicle. I called the dealership in Orlando and got Snipers number. We got no help from him either. We had a locksmith look at it and he said we have the wrong key fob for this vehicle. So we have had the vehicle 3 weeks. We have went through 8 batteries in the key fob and have given up. No help from the dealership at all. Now, we have to spend $300 to get the correct key fob at the Nissan dealership. I would never advise anyone to car shop here due to the lack of customer service. More
