Went in, some untrained young man setup our test drive and spent zero time talking about the vehicle. He was more interested in chatting. His name is Tanner. Seems nice enough though. We get back and h and spent zero time talking about the vehicle. He was more interested in chatting. His name is Tanner. Seems nice enough though. We get back and hand over our paystubs and my co-sign hands over his credit information and an hour later after multiple chats which after the introduction of my co-sign it was like I didn’t exist anymore. Further after this unsatisfying experience I left a review describing my frustrating experience and their lack of professionalism only to have them reply to said review saying I lied about ever attending their lot. I am extremely unsatisfied with this process and will not be doing any further business with them until new management. More
