If, during the safety check, they find something that needs attention (it happens with a car 16 years old) I have been delighted with the treatment I received. I have been walked to the garage to view problems. I have had full detailed explanations of issues without being made to "feel like a dumb girl" and both the desk attendant and the mechanic seemed almost apologetic because something might cost a couple hundred dollars. Everyone I have dealt with there have been kind and understanding. They know that in a depressed area like this unexpected costs can be problematic. My actual costs have on occasion been less than estimated because they didn't replace items that turned out to be in better shape than expected. I get a ride to work when needed, I get a call when the service is completed, and a couple days later, I get a follow up courtesy call to see if I am satisfied with the work done. And most surprising of all - to me - no one has even mentioned considering a newer car to me, EVER. More

Love my new Subaru !! I owned an Outback and wanted to trade it in, I loved my outback, I just wanted a vehicle with more options than my Outback. I looked on the website a I owned an Outback and wanted to trade it in, I loved my outback, I just wanted a vehicle with more options than my Outback. I looked on the website and wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted so I test drove a couple different Subarus , I really loved them all and it was hard to choose. I ended up choosing the Forrester - Touring edition and I love it. It's wonderful, the gas mileage is great and I even had an opportunity to drive it in the ending snowfall of the season and it was nothing less than expected in the snow, got me where I needed to go and I felt safe while getting to my destination. Thank you to all at Benedict, they are a great crew of people !!! Thank you to the service department for helping me get a better understanding of my remote lift gate. Its working great !!! I recommend this dealership all day, everyday !!!! More

Everything about Benedicts subaru was awesome. I was later at night(closing time) and this girl Jamie greeted me with a smile.
