Dealership and my favorite service advisor Ty Clark, the best of the best. Have had Ty as the tech I go to for EVERYTHING. He never disappoints. Car broke down, braking system went out. wanted a loaner until it was fixed and was told by service department that they don't have loaners. I said I was surprised that Bend Honda did not have loaners and until it was fixed and was told by service department that they don't have loaners. I said I was surprised that Bend Honda did not have loaners and his response was that somebody had to pay for it. I was shocked with the response. I told him that I will never buy a car from them and nor recommend them either. More

I was an emergency service case and the team worked very hard to accommodate me. Even working with me after service hours to help with my flat tire and working my third party contract to make sure I got ful hard to accommodate me.
