Do not feel they truly have customer satisfaction as goal. Do not trust this dealership. I get the service I paid for and nothing more. They are courteous, but that is as far as they go. Inept On Repairs But Big On Replacing. They didn't even have the capability to diagnose my Prelude. It was a matter of start replacing things and see if that fixes the problem. If I could give this a 4.5 stars on friendliness I would. Most of the guys are friendly and helpful. The first time that I went in for an oil change, however, the guy that I spoke with was not very friendly. He did not greet me with a smile. He acted like he was too busy to answer my questions. I am new to owning a car that gets free oil changes and that has a bumper to bumper warranty. I didn't know how the whole thing worked. He made me feel uncomfortable. In fact I was worried about having to deal with him again. But when I went in the 2nd time, all of the guys were friendly and willing to answer my questions. Maybe the first guy was having a bad day, I don't know. More

I got an appointment that worked well for me, and brought the car in. Customer service on the phone and when I dropped the car off was prompt and courteous. I was told it could take four hours, so I went over to Barnes & Noble to hang out, but it didn't take nearly that long. I don't remember the names of everyone I dealt with, but Ty Clark was the person who helped me when I came to pick up the car. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Nice guy! I had a very satisfying experience. The window parts were back-ordered so I will have to come back for that job, but it is a relief to know I have safe air bags now. More
