I think that Bend Honda is going to learn in very short order that their service department sells cars! I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else! More

The old arrangement, with all clerks in a row at one long, curving desk, gave the impression of potluck; whereas this new, multiple-desk arrangement makes each customer feel that he/she is getting his/her serviceman's full attention. I arrived at the dealership service department and was greeted immediately by Casey. He worked quickly to get my car checked in for service. Casey asked me if I would like a information sheet explaining what the service department does during the Civic K service. He was helpful and to the point with the questions I had. I leased this 12 Civic from Bend Honda and had a great experience.....and continue to have excellent service to this day. Spoke to Larry on the lot while I was waiting for my ride and actually enjoyed the conversation and did not feel like I was be sold a pitch.....nice fella. More

We were traveling on remote mountain roads in foul weather when a maintenance warning light on our 2002 CRV came on. Emily took our phone call about it and was completely focussed on our problem. Even though we are not customers of Bend Honda, she offered us very helpful advice, including assuring us that we could bring the car in that afternoon and have the problem checked out and, if necessary, repaired. When we got to Bend Honda Ty was out on the driveway before we could even get out of the car. He understood that we wanted to get back home before snow began falling on mountain passes. The car was diagnosed and repaired, and we were back on the road, in less than 2 hours. We made it safely home thanks to Emily and Ty's total focus on understanding and solving our problem. We have come to expect this kind of service from our home dealer, University Honda in Corvallis, but to have this kind of service from total strangers was both surprising and gratifying, and just confirmed our belief that Honda is a great brand. More

He was focused and sincere, he explained to me exactly what was needing to be done... I also made another appt for next week. When I was in the waiting room he let me know how much longer it would take. It's never fun to go and spend the day waiting for your car to be repaired...the minute he said, "I will help you with this and take care of it." I knew he would! I have bought the last three cars at Griffith motors....because of Kevin I will go to Bend honda for my next car! More

I bought a 2004 Chrysler Sebring approximately 10 months ago. The right signal light stopped working two weeks ago. The 18th of Feb was the first time I had to visit the dealership to get it fixed. When I went in, the service representative (Tye Clark) inspected it and determined the rear bulb had burned out. He took me to parts where they ordered a new one. Once it arrived, he replaced it. The amazing thing is not the service, (it was great) but the fact that he did not charge for the labor. While I was waiting, I also was contacted by Richard Myers, the person who originally sold the car to me. He remembered my face and we conversed, in liesure, without any pressure from him to buy another vehicle. I was quite pleased at this encounter, and would recommend this dealership to any one who wishes to buy a Honda or used auto they may have on their lot. Dan Crowley More
