Great Customer Service! Dropped into the dealership for my routine oil check. Was helped by the Manager Rory, who was very friendly and efficient. Since they were pretty busy and there was a 2 hr. wait time, Rory set up a ride home for me with their complimentary shuttle service. Garth my driver, was very nice and easy to talk to. He let me know what time he would be back to pick me up to take me back to get my car. He was not only on time, but a few minutes early. A big thank you to both Rory and Garth for making this such an easy and pleasant experience! More
You decide. Took my Honda in for Factory Recall issue. Service was done as promised. They also provided a "Vehicle Courtesy Inspection" sheet which said all syst Took my Honda in for Factory Recall issue. Service was done as promised. They also provided a "Vehicle Courtesy Inspection" sheet which said all systems were fine except the Transmission and Differential needing service immediately. BAD MOVE on their part as I just had both systems flushed and refilled just 6 days earlier by an independent Honda service center. To confirm that the independent service center had done the work, I dropped by Oil Can Henry's and they confirmed that both systems had fresh new oil in them. I won't be trusting Bend Honda with ANY service recommendations in the future. More
