Always a pleasure! I brought in my 2017 HR-V that I purchased at Bend Honda for service yesterday. I had a scheduled appointment but inadvertently arrived on the wrong I brought in my 2017 HR-V that I purchased at Bend Honda for service yesterday. I had a scheduled appointment but inadvertently arrived on the wrong day. Ty instantly accommodated my arrival and made room in their schedule to perform the service rather than having me come back on the proper day. He was kind and understanding. In addition Garth was able to shuttle me to and from work and was a pleasure to chat with in route. My visits to Bend Honda are always a pleasure! Thank you! More

All together I arrived almost 45 minutes ahead of my scheduled service appt. This was due to how my errands worked out that day. The service intake person was engaged taking care of another customer at the time yet he courteously and attentively acknowledged my presence. A few moments passed and someone else associated with the service department stuck her head out of her office to assist me. Before I knew it my 2017 HR-V was taken in way ahead of my scheduled service. I was offered plenty of snacks/refreshments and settled in to catch up on texts, emails and maybe even read the newspaper that was provided. Before my scheduled appt time came to be, my Honda and I were out the door. The service intake person thoroughly went over every component of the service I received. I simply couldn't be happier! Snow tires on new HR-V! I bought my HR-V from the same dealership and needed snow tires installed. I decided to use the dealership instead of getting generic service from the big store tire dealers that just treat you like a number. Bend Honda has a great vibe and a great group of guys working for them. They did more than expected and made me feel assumed that I was getting the job done by someone who knew my car and cared about me too. It was a good start to a great relationship. Thank you! More
Something fishy in service department. I took in my 2015 Honda Fit for unplanned service due to difficulty with car starting. I did not want to turn off car afraid it would not start. I told service guy I was afraid I would have trouble bringing it back. (I am a single female senior) he offered to check battery. It wouldn't start for him after he turned off to test battery. I was told I would have to leave it overnight then got ride home. Next day received call stating I needed new starter and would cost approximately $700! I told him it was under warranty he ask me who told me that! I then said it is under 36,000 miles. I was told he would have to look into it then call me back. He did not call back. Next day (today) I call again. Once again I was told he needed to look into it. Finally I received call was told that I did not have extended warranty. I told him I bought car.there 2015 new. He asked if I bought it used. No! Once again I was told it had to be looked into. I asked to talk to manager. He said he would have him call me. Well, later got phone call for Don the original service writer saying oh yes I'm under warranty eveythi ng is covered! It won't be ready until next afternoon. What concerns me is how many others might have been given wrong information then paying for service while car is under warranty. I was told it had to be looked into deepe before they would repair my car that has less than 32,000 miles on it. The starter should not go out so soon! I've also complained about the inside of my front windshield freezing up inside my car in winter. They could not duplicate it so nothing was done. I'll be sure to take it in again this winter before wArranty expires. I do love my little car. It gets great gas mileage but sits to low to ground causing plastic plate under car to fall off. More

You advised us to stop by -- that you'd ask a technician to check over the transmission. We stopped this morning and your technician pulled the transmission fluid dipstick and, yep, identified that burnt smell right away. We elected to have you flush it and replace it with new fluid -- you had to squeeze us into an already full schedule. So thank you all very much for being so accommodating and allowing us to continue our journeys with one less big worry! --mm / AJ / Moose the dog. More

I have never been given poor service at a certified Honda dealership although today took the cake. Some friends of mine who were visiting town accidentally dropped their keys to their CRV into the river and needed to get a spare made in order to return home. We visited this Honda dealership because they assured us over the phone that they would be able to help us. However when we got there we were greeted by an unfriendly man named Micah Martin who refused to make a key just because the name of the car was in her Father's name. Could obviously tell that these men were discriminating against her because she was a person of color because of the way they were watching and talking behind our backs. They then referred us to a local locksmith (Bend lock and safe) who were as helpful as could possibly be. Although after helping our friends get their spare made they informed us of a phone call that they received from THIS DEALERSHIP that told them not to make us a key because the car "wasn't ours" deaply dissatisfied.
