In and Out in a reasonable time Arriving with no appointment and was told that the wait would be three hours for a oil and filter change. Turns out it was closer to two. Quick lane oil change Had the Pilot in for an oil change. I was very warmly met by Ty and my service was handled with no issues. I did a quick cruise through the show room and looked at the new vehicles there and then sat down in the waiting room where I fixed myself a coffee, read the front page of the Bend paper and got about a chapter and a half read in a book that I had brought and Ty was there saying the oil change was completed and all was well. As usual, a good quick visit and friendly staff. I always get there at about 7:30 am and am never there more than an hour, usually shorter. More
