Kirk from is a from "A-Z", quality guy. A good listener, humorous, not pushy but able to identify our needs for a Honda Pilot. The "delivery" of the Honda Pilot was the most thorough experience my wife and I have ever had. He explained all of the ins and outs of each component of the car in a very easy to understand way. Richard Meyer made buying a new Pilot seem less stressful and pleasant. My husband and I had stopped into Bend Honda a week earlier and the sales person and manager did not seem interested in selling us a ca and pleasant. However, when we drove through the lot a week later, Richard went out of his way to listen to all our questions, answered them thoroughly, let us test drive the car we ended up purchasing, and took excellent care of us. Richard was no pressure and very supportive. We got a good deal and love our new Pilot. We recommend Richard highly! Jeremy the finance guy was also very polite, helpful and positive. He opened doors for my wife (very big plus!), allowed our little 4 year old daughter to climb around in the cars we were looking at, delivered coffee, water and popcorn to us and even gave our daughter several suckers (another big plus!). I can't say enough about Scott. I wish every car salesman was like Scott and that is a huge compliment because I generally despise car salesman. Keep up the good work Scott! I have a real hard time purchasing cars, as in the past i have bought "Brand New Lemons" leaving a BAD taste in my mouth no pun intended...Jeremy at Bend Honda is the nicest kindest car salesman i have ever delt with and would recomend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. Yesterday I drove to Salem and back and on my way home my check engine light not only came on but was "Flashing" and in fear thought that i had bought another lemon ..i called Jeremy and it was his day off but he called the service center and they were expecting me i was greeted by Nate at the door and he went to Matt in service they took my car in ran a computer check on my car and found it was a knock sensor that was bad ...they then went and got the part, replaced it and i was back on the road in a very short amount of time and at NO CHARGE !!!!!! I love all them Boys down there at Bend Honda and as far as im concerned BEND HONDA is the ONLY PLACE to buy a NEW OR USED car in CENTRAL OREGON!!!!!
