Even though Kirk was very friendly he flat out lied to me and that leaves a very negative feeling. . I asked a very specific question about the upcoming maintenance on the used Honda Fit I purchased in Jun and that leaves a very negative feeling. . I asked a very specific question about the upcoming maintenance on the used Honda Fit I purchased in June. I was told that all the maintenance due at 120K according to the Honda online service chart is actually done and had been done at 110K because as the salesman said that is when Honda's have their service. I knew the service would run between $500-1000 and I could not afford to pay what they were asking and make a service that soon after the purchase. So when he assured me it had been done, like a fool I used that unsubstantiated statement from the Lithia Honda salesman to as part of my decision to purchase the car. Needless to say when I got the maintenance history for the car the services had not been done and I was sent notice that I would need to be doing them. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. Two bad it was paying $10.52 for lights (possibly a safety concern) that were burned out and not replace prior to my purchase that was just the thing to push the level of poor customer service to the limit. More

We were able to wrap things up in a timely manner and make our back home with plenty of daylight to spare. It was really easy to buy the van we have been looking for. Scott was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I did not feel like I was given the runaround at any time. We first met with Marc who was very helpful when we came in looking at Honda Pilots. He was very thorough at showing us all the new features about which we wouldn't have thought to ask. We then worked with in looking at Honda Pilots. He was very thorough at showing us all the new features about which we wouldn't have thought to ask. We then worked with Scott because Marc was part time. Scott took excellent care of us. We were now looking at the CR-V and Scott answered all of our questions and then some. He was very patient as we ended up coming in several times. He was always very friendly and courteous and we actually enjoyed the experience, which is not very common when shopping for a new car. Bend Honda has a great team! More
This was by far the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a new car. Kirk was very professional, polite, friendly, humorous, and worked hard at getting us the best deal he could. We feel we were met more than halfway in the negotiations and are extremely pleased with the deal we were made. Could not be happier actually. We felt very comfortable with Kirk and never experienced any pressure, as we have in the past from other dealers. To top it all off the car was delivered to our home in Albany and the informational get to know your new Honda was given to us in our driveway. That was the icing on the cake. Great experience! Scott drove with us and was friendly, patient, and knowledgable. Kirk (Rock Chalk!) helped us with pricing, and was really efficient, a Pilot guru, and gave us good advice on the model t patient, and knowledgable. Visited Toyota before this, and unfortunately had a bad, high-sales, experience. Way to go Bend Honda! More
