not the greatest experience... the dazzle has definitely fad I haven't had great service since buying my vehicle. People were super helpful when I bought the vehicle. And now when I come in for service they see I haven't had great service since buying my vehicle. People were super helpful when I bought the vehicle. And now when I come in for service they seem to always be telling me some things need to be worked on. I do think it has taught me a valuable lesson to get the car checked out before purchasing it and not to gt tricked into extra coverage that no one will explain to me what exactly it covers. They just tell me to see some underwriter whom I can never get ahold of in person when I'm there. Thanks More

Friendly Service and Great prices! I have been shopping around online for a new vehicle for a few weeks and I decided to see what the value of my vehicle would be so I filled out an app I have been shopping around online for a new vehicle for a few weeks and I decided to see what the value of my vehicle would be so I filled out an application online. Well online did not work out so well, so I was called and told to come on in and they could give me an appraisal for me vehicle. I stopped in one day after work just seeing what they had on the lot in person and decided to test drive a few that caught my eye. The salesman Jay was very helpful and showed my the vehicles that had all of the features that I was looking for. Once I found the car I had my heart set on it was a simple and smooth process and everyone was very patient and unlike other dealerships nobody was pushy with selling. I am very pleased with my new 2015 Honda Fit and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good price for a great vehicle. More

We were lucky to be close to Bend Honda and on a call to Service Advisor Ty Clark, we were assured that he would find our problem and do his best to get us on the road before the weekend. And he did! After the tow, we soon had an estimate and the car was repaired in a few hours without an appointment to get us back on the road. We really appreciated Ty's and the other staff's responsiveness and courtesy. It was important to us to be home and without their help, it would have been a long trip! Thanks so much. More
Nice folks if you want to pay full price I bought a new CR-V last summer from Bend Honda in spite of being a little turned off by the fact that they did not negotiate at all on price. You pay full price, and they explain that if you don't want to, they've got a line of other folks waiting behind you. I went back a few weeks ago and spoke with Jay Spencer who said he'd talk to his manager about a special deal on $5000 off of a 2014 Crosstour if I'd buy it that day. Turned out this was posted outside as a general Lithia promotion to get rid of the old 2014s, and this was nothing special at all. Yet it was couched as such. Further, to obtain the features that I'd want, they'd need to charge me extra for gas and time/effort to swap with another dealer. So not only do they not deal, they upcharge given any excuse. I like the new showroom, but I won't be back. More

It wa After a mishap while towing our Honda CRV behind our 32 ft motorhome we luckily found ourselves "stuck in Bend" waiting for the SUV be repaired. It was Labor Day weekend and with campgrounds probably full, the dealership was kind enough to allow us to park our rig overnight on their lot. Woke up to find the necessary repairs had been made and we were back on the road at 9:00 am.the next morning. Can't ask for better service than that. The dealership went out of their way to help us out, treat us kindly, and made the repairs timely and reasonably. Kudos to Casey Currier the service advisor who was most helpful and reassuring. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More
