I am not a huge fan of not being able to schedule an appt. for an oil change given my work schedule. But it worked out in the end. It only took me 2 tries. If I could give this a 4.5 stars on friendliness I would. Most of the guys are friendly and helpful. The first time that I went in for an oil change, however, the guy that I spoke with was not very friendly. He did not greet me with a smile. He acted like he was too busy to answer my questions. I am new to owning a car that gets free oil changes and that has a bumper to bumper warranty. I didn't know how the whole thing worked. He made me feel uncomfortable. In fact I was worried about having to deal with him again. But when I went in the 2nd time, all of the guys were friendly and willing to answer my questions. Maybe the first guy was having a bad day, I don't know. More

I got an appointment that worked well for me, and brought the car in. Customer service on the phone and when I dropped the car off was prompt and courteous. I was told it could take four hours, so I went over to Barnes & Noble to hang out, but it didn't take nearly that long. I don't remember the names of everyone I dealt with, but Ty Clark was the person who helped me when I came to pick up the car. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Nice guy! I had a very satisfying experience. The window parts were back-ordered so I will have to come back for that job, but it is a relief to know I have safe air bags now. More

Airbag Recall Recieved notification from Honda about recall , called Bend Honda that day and was given an appointment for replacement work within a week .... was to Recieved notification from Honda about recall , called Bend Honda that day and was given an appointment for replacement work within a week .... was told that they would need car for about 4 hrs, Dropped off car at 9:00am on day of service, and recieved call back about 1 1/2-2 hours later that work was done and car was ready for pick-up !! Amazingly fast !! Thank you... always get the best and mosr efficient service possible from you guys !! More
Ty is great at customer service. I was almost ready to give up since I called three days in a row and left a message the 2nd time will a staff person that answered the phone. Then the next day I called an left a message...no one every called me back. The next day I drove over and the service dept was do busy I could not wait since I work full time...was on a lunch break. I then called the next day and was told that I could be at the door at 7 am. I did that...I was in line with my car and others walked in...Ty came out and got me as the 2nd customer. That shows he pays attention. I was done in a half hour and made it to work. Thanks More

clinton is disrespectful went in to buy a brand new car. Talked to the salesman and ended up going for the test drive. He was super nice and respectful, unfortunately I can't went in to buy a brand new car. Talked to the salesman and ended up going for the test drive. He was super nice and respectful, unfortunately I can't remember his name but he was tall and had glasses with short blondish hair. I know he wanted to be a nurse. Went in to run the numbers and started talking to the "sales manager" named clint. I recommend to not talk to him if possible. He was completely dis respectful and didn't want to fight for us on getting the best price. I have purchased a total of 10 used and new cars from dealers in the past and have never been dis respected. He isn't trying to sell you a car he is trying to flex his own ego. I know how it works and I know what we can get I don't need someone telling me to "trust the system" and waste our time with payments of over $350 and a quote apr of 15%, what kind of apr is that?!?! Long story short I was right and we got down to around low $200. If it was my money and not my friends then I would have left and went to portland for a honda. Clint you are very did respectful and need work on your customer service. Because of this honda of bend has lost at least 3 customer that I was helping to get a car, everyone of them went to Portland honda or another dealership here instead. That's a good $70,000ish lost already that could have went to Honda of bend. Plus I have more friends I'm helping. Also I recommend going to hertz of bend and seeing Larry. He is a nice guy and will work with you and help you after your car purchase. More
Buying 2015 Honda CRV We bought a new CRV from Bend Honda this May. I originally did an online search for a price and got a quick response from Kirk Willard. My wife and We bought a new CRV from Bend Honda this May. I originally did an online search for a price and got a quick response from Kirk Willard. My wife and I met with Kirk the next day to visit and possibly purchase a new CRV. We both found Kirk extremely knowledgeable about all Honda vehicles: we had a 2002 CRV that we were thinking of trading in that he knew most of the specs from back in 2002. He really knows his "stuff". He was very easy to talk with and very courteous to speak with. He explained all the new technology and gadgets so that we could understand "most". (Getting Older) We left that day with our new Honda CRV EX-L, sold the old one the next day to a private party and we are Happy! I would recommend dealing with Kirk Willard as he is not a High Pressure salesman and both of us were pleased with his knowledge and congeniality toward us More
