Go there. We bought our 2008 Honda CR-V new, in Bend. Still love it. But, all of our maintenance is terrifically taken care of. Okay, by maintenance... He is an exemplary service advisor and even better person. He remembers both my name and car, and is efficient and engaged. Ty converts "mechanic speak" so I can understand what the issues are. High energy, trust worthy, honest and very high character, as well as, extremely knowledgeable Honda should be extremely proud of Ty, he is a role model employee! More
We are not the only ones! I would give this a zero if I could! We went to this dealership a few days ago, and the guy who 'helped' us was droll and unfriendly, then actuall I would give this a zero if I could! We went to this dealership a few days ago, and the guy who 'helped' us was droll and unfriendly, then actually told us we wasted his day because we did not buy right then!!!, so the second time we went, yesterday, we had a GREAT salesperson named Dylan, so we decided to buy. The finance guy was very nice and helpful too. When we went to leave, we realized the car was very dirty as we didn't look it all over before saying we would buy it, as we were told when we test drove that it would be detailed before we took it. Long story short. We discovered a wet looking stain on the side of the drivers seat that we didn't notice before, and it won't go away. We also saw a LOT of dirt and pollen in the door jambs and sills, and around the back window had tree needles and seeds stuck in there. They took it back and 'washed' it, but would not wipe it down, "because it would cost us more money!" So? the managers comment? "I am just going to go and close out the contract" !!!!!! WHAT???? We spent TWO different days at that dealership, and I might add, hours yesterday waiting on them to do things, and we were NOT going to "just close out the contract"! NEVER have I heard of a salesperson say they would rather stop a sale than just WASH the thing????? It was the car, out of over 50 that we had researched on, that we wanted, and the only one for a long ways (130 + miles to the next Honda dealership), so after 2 days of our time, he was 'just going to close out the contract'?????? I told him, "NO! Just clean the thing!" He flat out refused! Claimed that no one else ever complained about the cleanliness. Let me add this in from a dealership that is in another area we had worked with, who was seeing if we had found a car yet, that I received an email from this morning, and I told HER about the fiasco! This is from a Honda dealer in the outskirts of Portland..... "Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with them but unfortunately, I hear that about that place quite often. I think dealers in Bend figure they can do whatever they want without recourse because they assume they've cornered the market in that territory and no one is going to go elsewhere to buy a car because it would be a "drive" no matter where you chose to go. Just make sure their survey reflects your experience when Honda calls you. And you can also ask them if there is any recourse regarding your other issues but I'm not sure if there is anything they can do either other than score them low on the survey. Those surveys are super important to dealerships and bad scores can cost them dearly, especially if more than one person is complaining. It takes a lot of perfect survey scores to come back from one bad one." So? WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Once the paperwork is signed, all deals are off! Oh, and we paid almost $19,000 in cash, and only financed the balance to receive a $500 Veterans bonus off. To add in.... Right before we left, there was a customer waiting in service as I walked to a garbage can to throw away a cup. He said he heard the manager talking to us and was floored by what he said to us. I asked him how service was there, and he said he hated it. He had been waiting almost 2 hours for "express service", and at one point went to see about his car and 2 kids "service people", had his tires off and were bouncing one to see how high it would go!!!!!! (Mind you, it was around 6:30 and no more customers in service that I saw, and this guy said his car was supposedly 3rd in line when he had come in.) He felt stuck the as it's the only Honda service he knows of there. I told him he should tell a manager and he just laughed :( He said after what he heard the manager say what he did to us, he will not be back and will warn people. Frankly? I am surprised there are not more negatives on here, as now personal friends are saying they can not even say good about this place, and said they would have warned us if they had known we were going to buy from there. So sad, as there are some wonderful people who work there. (The ones who I said were great, and also the license gal.) I guess they have a chance to message us about this review, but frankly? I fear to take our car back to them for fear of something bad happening. Retaliation. Especially now hearing so much negative from so many friends!!!!! And? They have ALL our personal information!!! 😮😮😮 More

Not so! They analyzed the problem immediately, and took us right in. During the short wait we were able to catch up on our emails while taking advantage of their free wifi. We had a good laugh when told that they removed 2 mice from the AC motor, and that solved the problem. Then the good news - only 1 hour service cost. Got right back on the road. I repeat, Absolutely fantastic! More

Honest car salesmen do exist. I've always considered lawyers, car sales man and rapists in the same boat. Bend Honda proved that to be wrong. I expressed I had no interest in adding extra warrenties and unneeded stuff that usually get up saled at the finance desk. They respected my request. I would be happy to send all my friends here and my enemy's somewhere else! More
