Paul was exceptionally patient with two buyers who had not bought a vehicle in over eleven years and never ridden in a Honda CR-V much less test driven one! After much research and knowing that it was time to let go of our 2007 Grand Caravan with almost 250,000 miles and purchase something smaller with better gas mileage, we were pretty much sold on the CR-V. But we needed a lot of education and explanation on the newer technology and features. Thanks to Paul for that and we are very pleased with the car and the deal we received. Taylor in finance was also a pleasure to deal with and even though we did not finance the car, he was able to work with us to get the right coverage and pricing for extended warranty. More

We were also looking at a Subaru Forester, it’s a nice car but the sales staff at Subaru didn’t seem to care if they sold it to me, and the CR-V had more features that I liked. More

Once I got back to the table my husband said I have figured it out and we proceeded with the sale. We do not appreciate being spoken to as if we have no education, therefore not sure if we would recommend anyone to purchase a automobile there or not. This was our second cash purchase and most likely our last. More

Great, Fast Service in the body/paint shop! I had a fender bender recently on my Honda Ridgeline. I contacted Joel Mickelsen at Lithia's body and paint shop and was told to bring it in the next I had a fender bender recently on my Honda Ridgeline. I contacted Joel Mickelsen at Lithia's body and paint shop and was told to bring it in the next day. The work was completed by the third day. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was the repair work excellent it was shiny and clean. I am extremely picky about my vehicles and was very satisfied at the work done on my Ridgeline. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. All around an excellent experience. More

The day before I had found the same car through the help of the Chevrolet dealership, but the salesman assisting me there gave me the feeling that I was wasting his time as I attempted to search their lot for a vehicle I would like to drive, and eventually took me to the Honda lot where I finally found the car I wanted. After driving the car back to Chevy, the rest of the process there felt rushed and although I liked the car I left feeling unsure I wanted to buy it. A friend of mine heard of my experience and then took me to various dealerships the next day to find a different vehicle I would like at a better price, and coincidentally I found the sedan I had wanted to buy the day before parked back at the Honda lot. Aaron had an enthusiastic, neighborly attitude and when I finished the paperwork to seal the deal at a price that worked for me and my friend, I left completely satisfied and happy to own this new car. Cameron Is Amazing!! I was looking for something in particular, the color and trim level, Cameron went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. I couldn't find it anywhere where I lived. He made sure I was able to get the car delivered to me the very next day!!!
