Bend Honda joined the Lithia Motors family of dealerships in July 2010 after being acquired from Bend Garage Company. The store moved from the downtown location it shared with Chevrolet Cadillac of Bend into an empty dealership space on Hwy 20 in 2011. Very efficient and friendly service. We went in for a routine oil change and had to wait there with our 2 dogs. Service people offered treats to the dogs and made sure to keep us apprise We went in for a routine oil change and had to wait there with our 2 dogs. Service people offered treats to the dogs and made sure to keep us apprised of our cars progress. Within about an hour they had oil changed, tires rotated and a few other minor items done. We were in line with many other cars when we arrived so they really have efficiency down to an art. Very friendly and customer oriented! More
