Terrible experience. Treated me very rudely the moment I came in. Didn’t have me in the schedule after I called. Kept my car overnight without telling me. Came in the next day asked manager, Roger the manager was rude as well. All treating me as I didn’t matter. Asked for my diagnostic test for free beca They literally did nothing for me. Even talked to Todd the owner and the “best” they could do was 50% off. I suggest you drive to the next Nissan dealership for any of your needs. It’s worth the extra gas for the better treatment. These places are shady and couldn’t even give me my 60 bucks back. I never ever have complained in my life, but poor treatment with no consequences is ridiculous. I’m so disappointed in this company. I hope they all find happiness in there day to day. More

Ben mynatt in Salisbury is amazing. Great service, polite and friendly customer service writers. Car is always done on time, at a responsible price, and they let you know of my repairs needed and not the unn and friendly customer service writers. Roger hooked me up with new black wheels for my wife’s pathfinder to help avoid buying a new car! Lol, dealt with Adam in the service line and they had the wheels on UNSCRATCHED! In an hour!
