DO NOT HAVE SERVICE DONE HERE! !! My wife had a pickup that we had the air conditioning replaced in April 2023. 349 miles and a little over a year later the air conditioner is blowi !! My wife had a pickup that we had the air conditioning replaced in April 2023. 349 miles and a little over a year later the air conditioner is blowing hot air. Since we store the truck and do not use it as a daily driver, my wife took it back to them. We were told it was only warrantied for 1 year and 12,000 miles. Since it was not a daily driver, I asked if they could meet us half way in the repairs. The service tech Ron stated that per their manager, they would not charge for the diagnostic (roughly 190 dollars) "since we spent a little bit of money with them" but would have to see what the exact cause of the issue is before deciding on total out of pocket cost for us. I explained that I did not appreciate his patronizing tone since we spent almost 4 thousand dollars last year at his dealership to repair the truck and another vehicle. I am not sure if this constitutes "a little bit of money" but to this hard worker it does not. Please be aware before you give them any of your hard earned money. More
