He offered me a test drive in which he also explained all of the features and the benefits in a way in which I understood. Bill and his finance manager took the time to explain how the financing works and got me a GREAT rate. Also Bill never marked up my APR, which I liked and I also purchased a Chrysler Service Agreement in which I was able to save around $779 Dollars from the M.S.R.P.
