Don't buy From Bellingham Nissan or take them to their service center. In less than 1 year I've had 2 issues that crippled a 2 year old Nissan Rogue. The 1st one took 6 weeks to fix because the part was service center. In less than 1 year I've had 2 issues that crippled a 2 year old Nissan Rogue. The 1st one took 6 weeks to fix because the part was only available from the factory and only made them in limited runs. The second time a head gasket failed which flooded the engine, turbo, and catalytic converter wrecking all 3. $12.5k is the cost to fix it, thankfully the extended warranty I purchased will cover. keep in mind the car was just over 2 years old when the second incident happened. The service department people were nice but it took a month to just get my car taken apart and diagnosed. Now Nissan doesn't even have a all the parts needed to repair it available and it wont be available to purchase from Nissan for until another 3 weeks. So there will be 2-3 months that i have been paying for a car that i can't drive due to horrible quality controls by Nissan and a service center that doesn't seem to grasp the bind its customers are in when they have a car out of commission. More

On my last visit for a drive belt and tire rotation on my Infiniti, the service could not have been better! I really appreciate this service department and that they are willing to work on my Infiniti. Much Infiniti, the service could not have been better! We purchased a vehicle from the sales department (unrelated to the quality of the service dept) which we shortly realized they had sold us a vehicle with a major defect that wasn’t caught during a p (unrelated to the quality of the service dept) which we shortly realized they had sold us a vehicle with a major defect that wasn’t caught during a presale inspection. We had to fight tooth and nail to get the dealership to take ownership for not catching the major problem. When we did finally get it into their service department, they had our vehicle for around 40 days, at that point, they had had possession of the vehicle longer than we had since the purchase date. It was an extensive job, so I can’t blame them for a lengthy repair time, BUT the lack of communication and updates was very frustrating. I would try to call to check in every few days and would rarely get a call back. Quite often I had to call the sales department to transfer me to service because they wouldn’t answer their phones if I called the service department directly. Overall extremely unimpressed with our entire experience with Bellingham Nissan. The one redeeming quality was that our service advisor was at least polite and apologetic about the wait. More
