Great Experience I just wanted to write a quick review about what a lovely experience I had in the Service Department. $90 Oil Change Let's just say, if you're a woman be very careful when thinking of taking your vehicle to Diehl Ford Service Dept. I made an appointment for Dec. 12, Let's just say, if you're a woman be very careful when thinking of taking your vehicle to Diehl Ford Service Dept. I made an appointment for Dec. 12, 2014 for a $28 (plus tax) oil change and ended up having to pay close to $90! They decided to take it for a test drive and to put it on the machine all because I asked them to "Peek at the Plugs" while changing my oil. No one asked my permission to do this extra work. I'm guessing they want to get their figures up for year end. Would they have charged me $90 for a $30 Oil Change if I were a man? Who knows.......just women beware! More

Mike Diehl was so helpful. I had shipped my truck out to Washington and unfortunately the trucking company messed up my trucks windows pretty bad. Mike took care of everything and got my truck back into per Washington and unfortunately the trucking company messed up my trucks windows pretty bad. I just left Diehl Ford after another enjoyable visit, these guys are all very professional and do a very good job in the service area, if there is a issue it is always taken care of to my satisfactiion. these guys are all very professional and do a very good job in the service area, if there is a issue it is always taken care of to my satisfactiion. Chris Bonesteele was the salesman for my F150 and my service contact. He has always gone out of his way to find answers. He calls back promptly and again goes out of his way to make the customer service service contact. He has always gone out of his way to find answers. Class act - I have never been treated as well at a dealership as I have at Diehl Ford. I have had my car serviced there and helped my niece buy a car there and they were courteous, professional and e dealership as I have at Diehl Ford. Diehl did a great job on my car, it looks brand new! I hit a deer a few months back and they were able to restore my car. Josh and Brett were both very friendly and always made sure that they had permiss hit a deer a few months back and they were able to restore my car. I will definitely only go to Diehl for my autobody needs (which will hopefully be few and far between)...they are awesome :0) More
