I brought my car in for a recall issue and when I was called and told that the issue wasn't recall related, was NOT told that there would be a charge for the diagnosis. In the future, I would suggest tha called and told that the issue wasn't recall related, was NOT told that there would be a charge for the diagnosis. In the future, I would suggest that in cases such as this, the service person relay that information to the customer. I had also set up shuttle service to pick me up from work, and it somehow slipped through the cracks, and I ended up having to get a ride after waiting a half an hour. More

Service work on my Ford F-150 seems excellent, however the check in process was chaotic. When I checked in, I signed a cost estimate of $800 plus tax but when I picked up my vehicle, my bill was $1000 pl the check in process was chaotic. When I checked in, I signed a cost estimate of $800 plus tax but when I picked up my vehicle, my bill was $1000 plus and the bill stated that I had agreed to an estimate of $1100 plus tax. This discrepancy was not brought to my attention at the dealership or explained. I will be more attentive to the billing details at my next service. More
