My truck was diagnosed with a faulty door lock accuator which had to be ordered. After 2 weeks I called and was told the part was not in. After 4 weeks I called again and the part was in. The parts person told me service would call and set up an appointment which they did not di. I called and set up an appointment which was 2 weeks out. The day before my appointment they called and delayed my appointment for two more weeks. I had a 1:30 appointment on a Friday and they did not get my truck done. So I left it for the weekend, I was called Monday and was told it fixed and ready to go. When I got there and went to unlock my door and the door was still not working. I would think the tech would check his work before turning the vehicle over. After a couple more hours of waiting the vehicle was fixed. After 8 weeks of waiting I was very frustrated, especially when I came to pick up the truck and it did not work. The service person was the only reason I gave a 2 star instead of a one star. He was accommodating. More

Took my truck in for 100k mile maintenance, was quoted one price on the phone, and showed up to a bill $600 higher when I arrived (a day after they said service would be done). The manager was sympathetic and gave me a slight discount. Two days later from getting my truck back it would start losing charge overnight and would need to be jumped. They billed me to look at it again, said they found an the issue and charged me to fix it. Once again the bill ways higher than the quote when I showed up to pay. Service manager again lowered the cost, but they still did not fix the issue as my truck still has a drain on the battery. I feel they should have inspected the car for free if a new problem arose directly after getting serviced, and it's frustrating that they didn't fix the issue they charged me for. More

I brought my car in for a recall issue and when I was called and told that the issue wasn't recall related, was NOT told that there would be a charge for the diagnosis. In the future, I would suggest that in cases such as this, the service person relay that information to the customer. I had also set up shuttle service to pick me up from work, and it somehow slipped through the cracks, and I ended up having to get a ride after waiting a half an hour. More
