Jay was exceptional with his service and help. However there system and techs tried to charge 4 hours of labor for an hour and a half job which was down right wrong. Would have given 1 Star, but they did keep our vehicle inside overnight, when the 2 hour oil change appointment turned into 2 days. After waiting 2 days for the first oil change on our new Ford, only 1 e inside overnight, when the 2 hour oil change appointment turned into 2 days. After waiting 2 days for the first oil change on our new Ford, only 1 employee was wearing a mask when we picked up the vehicle. Service said the 2-day delay was caused by too many employees being sick with COVID-19. I wonder why? More
If there were a zero star or negative star option, I would have chosen that. Had my car for over 6 days for a so-called recall, at the 7 days mark I was informed it was an out of pocket expense equaling would have chosen that. Had my car for over 6 days for a so-called recall, at the 7 days mark I was informed it was an out of pocket expense equaling $2500.00. There was no offer of a loaner vehicle and after multiple attempts at getting any sort of information had failed, I was less than impressed to say the least. I asked them to prepare my car and took my business down south. Service department is mismanaged and I will not be back. More
Poor service. We made an appointment based on an estimate they gave from diagnostic appointment and they didn’t schedule the appointment to fix the problem for the correct amount of time. My truck was towed to shop on a Wednesday. I called several times, spoke to the service manager asking for updates. Never received a single call back. Then after 6 days in the shop and assurances it wa several times, spoke to the service manager asking for updates. Never received a single call back. Then after 6 days in the shop and assurances it was worked on and done, I had to call again to check the status. It was at that time I was informed Bellingham Ford had my truck in the body shop because they plowed into it while plowing their parking lot. Currently I am being asked to provide feedback before anyone from the facility has even called me as requested to inform me whether the damage they caused has been repaired. I guess I’ll call them again to check the status. If I wasn’t forced to take this truck to the dealer, I certainly would avoid this business. More
