My truck was at this location for 3 months and I ended up having to source the parts and install them myself. After everything I was charged over $1000 for ‘labor’ spent diagnosing the issue even though the having to source the parts and install them myself. After everything I was charged over $1000 for ‘labor’ spent diagnosing the issue even though the mechanics didn’t even fix it. These were charges I never approved or expected. Very poor organization, management and ethic. Will never recommend or work with them again. More
Sometimes in the service industry things just can go sideways and that is what happened here. When the service manager, David Carrera, became aware of the situation he called me directly and did not jus sideways and that is what happened here. When the service manager, David Carrera, became aware of the situation he called me directly and did not just work it out but actually came to pick up my vehicle from the house and delivered it when they work was done. His professionalism and friendliness as well as top-notch services more than made up for the initial lack of communication and delays in the work order. I would love to give them a five star but I will look forward to doing so with my vehicle's next service needs. Also, I shout out to Michelle in sales for also assisting me in the coordination and solutions with this specific matter. She is a jewel! More

Alittle frustrating to have to wait so long for an oil change. I had an appointment for oil and also asked about 2 other repairs. Seriously took hours. Like knowledgeable advice..and I didn't see faces that I have seen for years. One if my repairs was simple and estimated at $500.00. Seemed pretty pricey. Service is still friendly but something feels off. More
